WR250 Suspension Linkage Layout Done

Believe it or not this suspension linkage layout as turned out to be the most time consuming task of the project. We went through at least 20 different suspension/damping unit location on the frame to achieve what we believe is the most efficient location.
The suspension unit is now located under the left radiator and the cutout in the lower section of the radiator actually look like it was meant to have our suspension unit there. The unit does not stick out pass the radiator which was our goal.
The sketch shown below give you a glimpse of the complexity of the layout and all the different factor affecting the suspension unit location.
